Belly
Breathing:
Sit comfortably, or lie down with your knees bent and feet
flat on the floor. Put your hand on your abdomen, just above
your belly button. Take a slow, deep breath in through your
nose and expand your belly like a balloon expands when it
fills with air. Feel your hand being pushed away by your
abdominal muscles. Now, slowly and fully exhale through
your mouth. Let your abdomen gently contract towards your
spine, like a balloon shrinks when air is released. Repeat
several times. |
